AFECR

L'AFECR est l'Asian Foundation for the European Cultural Reinforcement. L'Asie ne doute pas des qualités culturelles, artistiques et patrimoniales de ce qu'il est désormais convenu d'appeler le Vieux Continent. L'AFECR, en se nourrissant de la civilisation européenne à sa façon, entend renforcer une culture trop souvent méprisée ici. L'opération de copie de certains bâtiments, maisons, commerces, et même traditions folkloriques, au Quingdong, fait partie de ce plan ambitieux.
